VoidBot Scheduled Posts and Reminders

One-off and recurring posts plus personal reminders are live. The panel provides readable previews, local scheduling, pause, resume, cancel, missed-run policy and safe Announcement Channel publishing; Discord adds /remind and /schedule create|list|pause|resume|cancel. Due work is claimed with a short atomic recovery lease to prevent duplicate delivery during restarts or overlapping deployments, while missed repeating runs can be sent or skipped according to policy.
