The service and its operator
These terms cover VoidRoom’s game, website and hosted services, provided by Mr Craig Tunstall, operating VRC.LOL. Contact support@vrc.lol with service or terms questions. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.
By using VoidRoom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must meet the current minimum age of 13, or any higher minimum required in your region or by your platform, and have any parental/guardian permission legally required.

Your VRC.LOL account
A VRC.LOL account and internet connection are required for account-connected play. Keep your sign-in methods secure, provide accurate information where requested, and do not impersonate another person or share credentials. Your public Display Name must follow the conduct rules. Your central account and the VoidRoom application have separate sessions; revoking access or uninstalling does not automatically delete stored data.
Only use services and rooms you are authorised to access. Room ownership, helper/moderator roles and global staff permissions are assigned by the service, not claimed by a modified client.

Play and create respectfully
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams or illegal content.
- No impersonation of staff, deceptive account requests or collection of other players’ passwords, tokens or private information.
- No cheating, permission bypasses, abusive automation, denial-of-service attacks or attempts to crash clients, servers or other players with content or messages.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy. Only upload or share content you have permission to use. Do not distribute malicious files.
- Follow room rules and applicable platform requirements. Do not evade moderation restrictions or use alternate accounts to continue abuse.
Report unsafe content or conduct through an available in-game reporting control or support@vrc.lol. Send sensitive details privately, not in a public community channel. Room chat and voice can be seen/heard or recorded by other players.

Your creations and publication
You keep the rights you have in your own original creations. By saving, uploading or publishing content, you grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, process, display and distribute it as needed to provide the features and audience you choose, including backups, moderation and approved file-hosting services.
Saving a private draft is separate from public publication. Submitted content may require review; publication is not guaranteed. You are responsible for the rights and suitability of uploaded material. We may restrict, remove or unpublish content for rules, security, legal requirements or service integrity. Contact support to challenge a moderation decision or request removal; third-party copies may remain outside our control.

Preview builds, updates and availability
VoidRoom is in development. Features, controls, supported devices and room behaviour may change, and preview builds may contain bugs. Keep copies of valuable creations where export is available. We aim to protect saved data, but do not guarantee that every preview draft, room version or device save will remain compatible forever.
Security and compatibility updates may be required before sign-in or joining particular instances. Install from the official website or approved platform channels. Availability depends on network conditions, hosting, maintenance and platform services. We may suspend a feature or end the service with reasonable notice where practical.
The current preview does not require a subscription. Any future purchase or paid feature must present its price and applicable terms before you choose it. Store purchases and refunds are also subject to the store’s applicable rules.

VR and microphone safety
Use a safe play area and follow your headset manufacturer’s guidance. Artificial movement, smooth turning, sprinting and camera motion can cause discomfort. Use comfort settings, take breaks and stop if you feel unwell. Do not use VR while driving or where movement could cause injury. You can play without microphone permission; choose voice settings that suit your privacy and surroundings.

Restrictions and appeals
We may restrict rooms, content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect players, respond to credible reports or comply with law. Serious or urgent risks may require action without advance warning. We will provide an explanation and a way to contact support where practical, while protecting other users and legitimate investigations.
To appeal, email support@vrc.lol with your Display Name/account identifier, the decision and your explanation. Do not include passwords or private sign-in links. Room moderators’ powers are limited by their assigned roles; they do not become global VRC.LOL staff.

Your rights and responsibility
You are responsible for your own conduct and content. VoidRoom is an independent project and is not affiliated with Rec Room or VRChat. Platform names belong to their respective owners. Do not redistribute proprietary game files or misuse branding without permission; rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free preview operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Your applicable consumer protections and access to competent courts remain in place.
You may stop using VoidRoom at any time. For data deletion, follow the privacy request instructions. Updates to these terms will show a new effective date; material changes will be explained through an appropriate service notice.
