League Tools Navigation and Page Polish

The League surface uses one cache-busted stylesheet and one shared navigation renderer across every public League route, preventing labels, destinations and active states from drifting between tools. The shared navigation now pairs each destination with a locally hosted Bootstrap Icon and retains compact responsive labels, keyboard focus, an accessible More menu and the native-language picker. A responsive tool directory remains available on the player lookup hub. Lookup, counter, preset, glossary and call-to-action buttons share primary, secondary, selected and loading states. Counter shortlists now use full-width comparison rows with distinct interaction, timing, build-preview and guide actions instead of compressed three-column cards. Counter routes also provide opponent profiles, role-aware lock-in checks, FAQ schema and stronger internal guide discovery. Sticky section rails keep long guides navigable. Champion build pages now separate opening rules, numbered completed items, route identity, rune trees, summoner spells and safety adjustments with meaningful colour rather than a single blue treatment. The frozen owner-provided player preview was refreshed from the connected local League client on 11 August 2026 while public Riot lookup remains disabled. Mobile navigation, internal discovery and page-to-page context are checked together so each tool feels part of one product.
