Add role-specific champion-versus-champion results such as Blitzcrank Support into Vex Support. Publish observed win rate and matchup builds only above a minimum sample threshold, with patch, rank band, region, sample count, confidence range, side selection, and data freshness. Sparse combinations stay unavailable rather than receiving invented percentages.
