League Ranked Build Data Collector

The private Match-v5 research collector has passed its 50,000-match maturity milestone with 50,001 accepted match records and 494,529 participant records in the measured snapshot. Draft and Ranked, Swiftplay, and ARAM evidence remain separated; custom games are excluded; K/D/A is never used to reject a player; and collection health, freshness, sample sizes, Riot response headers, 429 waits, and request headroom remain visible in the private Command Center. The next private depth phase measures progress toward 100,000 matches while prioritising thin champion-role cells. This is a sampled research dataset, not coverage of every Riot match. No aggregate evidence or Riot-backed public lookup is published while Production API approval is pending.
