Use it to understand one item. Before following a purchase order, confirm the champion, role, queue and current patch in the champion or matchup guide.

Actual item stats
What this item gives you
Flat stats from Riot Data Dragon for the patch shown above. Effects depend on the champion and situation.
Attack damageAttack speed
What it contributes
Terminus combines attack damage, attack speed. Compare those tools with the problem you have identified before changing a saved plan.
Check before using it
Do not treat one useful stat as proof that the item belongs on every champion. Check the exact champion and role build before committing a full slot.
Named effects
What the tooltip says it does
Read each effect with the current champion, target and fight duration in mind. A listed effect does not make the item universally correct.
Juxtaposition: Alternate between Light and Dark Attacks against champions: Light Attacks grant Armor and Magic Resist for 5s. Dark Attacks grant 10% Armor Penetration and Magic Penetration for 5s.

Put the item back into champion context
An item can be strong in one role and waste a slot in another. Open the champion library or compare the exact lane matchup before using it as part of a build.
