Role fit
Fiora has an established solo-lane plan with the income and space needed to trade, manage waves and influence a side lane.
These patches track recommendation review, build validation and item lookup separately. Updating item data does not complete a build review.

Best when: Chempunk Chainsword adds anti-heal without abandoning attack damage and health.
Best when: Kaenic Rookern is a defensive answer when repeated magic damage is the real problem.
Runes and summoner spells
Use repeated combat and durability rather than gambling the long solo lane on one short trade.
Teleport preserves recalls and side-lane access. Ignite is a deliberate pressure trade-off, not a universal upgrade.
Keep the defensive secondary runes when repeated poke or one committed trade can decide the lane.
Matchup notes
Percent-health pressure and side-lane threat are useful styles to review into a durable opponent.
Mid gameThe clearest window is around first completed items, roams and isolated targets before every fight becomes fully grouped.
Treat Vex as one part of the map state. Their Jungler, nearby waves and which teammates can move determine whether the same trade or rotation is safe.

Fiora has revealed a Vital on this Champion. If she hits the Vital, she restores Health and gains Move Speed.
Fiora lunges in a direction and stabs a nearby enemy, dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects.
Cooldown (s) 13/11.25/9.5/7.75/6 · Cost 20 · Listed range (units) 400Fiora parries all incoming damage and disables for a short time, then stabs in a direction. This stab slows the first enemy champion hit, or stuns them if Fiora blocked an immobilizing effect with this ability.
Cooldown (s) 24/22/20/18/16 · Cost 50 · Listed range (units) 750Fiora has increased attack speed for the next two attacks. The first attack slows the target, and the second attack will critically strike.
Cooldown (s) 11/10/9/8/7 · Cost 40 · Listed range (units) 425Fiora reveals all four Vitals on an enemy champion and gains Move Speed while near them. If Fiora hits all four Vitals or if the target dies after she has hit at least one, Fiora and her allies in the area are healed over the next few seconds.
Cooldown (s) 110/90/70 · Cost 100 · Listed range (units) 500While in combat Gnar generates Rage. At maximum Rage his next ability will transform him into Mega Gnar, granting increased survivability and access to new spells.
Gnar throws a boomerang that damages and slows enemies it hits before returning to him. If he catches the boomerang its cooldown is reduced. Mega Gnar instead throws a boulder that stops on the first unit hit, damaging and slowing everything nearby. It can then be picked up to reduce the cooldown.
Cooldown (s) 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 · Listed range (units) 1100Gnar's attacks and spells hype him up, dealing bonus damage and granting him Move Speed. Mega Gnar is too enraged to be hyper and instead can rear up on his hind legs and smash down on the area in front of him, stunning enemies in an area.
Cooldown (s) 7Gnar leaps to a location and bounces off the head of any unit he lands on, traveling further. Mega Gnar is too large to bounce and instead lands with earth-shattering force, dealing damage in an area around him.
Cooldown (s) 22/19.5/17/14.5/12 · Listed range (units) 475Mega Gnar throws everything around him in a chosen direction, dealing damage and slowing them. Any enemy that hits a wall is stunned and takes bonus damage.

Judge the whole lane or map state, not only personal kills. Choose the situation closest to the current game.
Hold a favourable wave, pressure the enemy away from farm and keep enough vision to survive the second opponent.
Push before moving to an objective; arrive through a known route rather than giving up the wave and your shutdown.
Use the lead to occupy space for the team. Do not chase through the entire enemy formation for one target.
Keep health and minions balanced so one poor trade does not decide the lane.
Move after the wave is handled and communicate if the opposing Top laner leaves first.
Choose between front-line duty, side pressure and carry access according to the champion kit.
Farm near safety, avoid repeating the losing trade and ask for help only when the wave creates a realistic window.
Do not follow a stronger opponent through unseen river. Signal the move and recover guaranteed resources.
Contribute control or pressure to the nearest safe target instead of trying to repair the score alone.
Pings, movement and objectives
Manage the long lane before leaving it. A useful move begins with a handled wave, a visible route and a teammate who knows you are coming.
Pings create a shared plan; they do not replace checking waves, vision and who can move.
Push, catch or communicate the wave before leaving so the opponent does not gain a free move and free income.
Use On My Way for the route you are actually taking and Danger where an unseen opponent may arrive.
Move through controlled vision with the Jungler or another ally instead of face-checking the objective alone.
Decide whether you are engaging, front-lining, flanking or protecting a carry before the fight begins.
Later objectives: Repeat the same process around later major objectives: handle nearby income, communicate the route, enter through vision and agree on the fight before committing.
