Behind the name
Lee Sin's early confidence in his own power brought him to the monastery before he understood the discipline it demanded. Mistakes, exile and the defence of his homeland changed that confidence into responsibility. Read the monastery through that learning rather than treating exceptional talent as mastery from the beginning.
Part of a larger world
Ionia's spiritual balance is not a single shared answer. The Noxian invasion forces champions to disagree about tradition, resistance and revenge. The Placidium offers a starting point for Irelia's resistance; the Kinkou opens a different path through Shen and Akali's stories.
