The person behind the champion

A story to start with

Undeterred by even the most dangerous and threatening of obstacles, Teemo scouts the world with boundless enthusiasm and a cheerful spirit. A yordle with an unwavering sense of morality, he takes pride in following the Bandle Scout's Code, sometimes with such eagerness that he is unaware of the broader consequences of his actions. Though some say the existence of the Scouts is questionable, one thing is for certain: Teemo's conviction is nothing to be trifled with.

Short biography by Riot Games · Data Dragon 16.20.1

What shapes their story?

The contrast between Teemo's reassuring presence and his dangerous work is part of the character's identity. Scouting asks him to protect others through skills that are easy to underestimate when attention stays only on his size and friendly manner.

A scout confident in his code

Teemo approaches scouting with enthusiasm and an unusually firm confidence in his code. Exploring beyond Bandle City brings that cheerful certainty into landscapes that can be far more dangerous than they first appear.

Enthusiasm meets the wider world's dangers

Commitment to doing the right thing does not guarantee awareness of every consequence. His small stature and friendly manner can also cause others to underestimate how seriously he takes a mission.

A scout learns the world beyond the code

Teemo's commitment carries him through dangers that his cheerful certainty can underestimate. His published stories make room for both useful courage and the consequences of a limited perspective. Bandle City's magic explains his background without turning every expedition into a documented military campaign.

The story beneath the scenery

What makes this place matter?

Bandle City belongs to the spirit realm, so its routes cannot be read like ordinary roads. Yordles also make lives across Runeterra. A champion's connection to this home does not mean every part of their biography takes place here.

Where the stories come from

VRC.LOL writes the introductions, reading notes and connections using linked Riot Universe biographies and regional guides. Short champion summaries use Data Dragon version 16.20.1. Longer histories link to the official story used; some champions currently have a shorter official overview.

What the pictures show

Artwork belongs to Riot Games. Scenery comes from Riot's Runeterra world map; champion art depicts the character. A regional illustration sets the scene when a landmark has no dedicated image. It does not show a confirmed event at that exact place.
